Shipping Policy for Grainy AS

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 3 PM EST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping in Norway (via Bring, 1-4 business days):
    • 65 kroner for orders under 350 kroner.
    • Free for orders over 350 kroner.
  • Overnight Shipping: Currently, we do not offer overnight shipping.
  • International Shipping (5-10 business days): Rates vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We aim to offer competitive rates and may provide promotions or discounts from time to time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package by visiting the carrier’s website and entering the tracking number provided.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. boxes.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times may vary.
  • International Shipping Restrictions: Certain products may be restricted from international shipping due to local laws and regulations. Please check before placing an order.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Grainy.Tech uses Bring for shipping services. Grainy.Tech is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Damages and Issues

  • Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@grainy.tech within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Grainy.Tech is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery details, including the address, delivery date, tracking information, and the shipping carrier for your investigation.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

If you provide incorrect shipping information and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at support@grainy.tech. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
