Shipping Policy
Grainy AS ships from Norway to five countries: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Japan and the United States. Here is how shipping works.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and Norwegian public holidays). You will get a confirmation email when your order ships. Orders placed before 13:00 CET on a business day are usually processed the same day, and later orders move to the next business day.
Where we ship and what it costs
We ship to Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Japan and the United States. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout in your local currency. Current rates:
- Norway: 59 kr standard, and free on orders over 300 kr.
- Sweden: 129 SEK.
- Denmark: 140 DKK.
- Japan: 1350 JPY.
- United States: 9 USD.
We ship with Posten and Bring and trusted international carriers.
Delivery times
Estimates after dispatch: Norway 1 to 4 business days, Sweden and Denmark 3 to 8 business days, and Japan and the United States 6 to 15 business days. These are estimates rather than guarantees, and customs can add time.
Tracking
When your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track it on the carrier's website.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Norway may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Damaged, lost or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us at support@grainy.tech within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will make it right. If a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier but you cannot find it, we will share the tracking and delivery details so you can open an inquiry with the carrier.
Wrong address
If you enter the wrong shipping address, contact us at support@grainy.tech as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped we cannot change the address.
